People in most modern societies have lost their aim. The dominant religions of the past centuries are not convincing anymore to most people in the West, but their guiding role has not been taken over by anything else. This realisation led to the desire to bring back to life the gods of days past. Putting the faces and names to the forces that our days are subject to can help provide comfort in those moments of doubt we all have.
The first to appear is part of the greater twelve Greek gods and is the ruler of the seas: Poseidon.
